We offer a flexible schedule, morning, noon and evening classes 6 days a week.
Beginner classes focus on the basics, fundamentals of proper technique and applications, timing, and distance which make techniques effective.
We focus on adapting the basic principles to each individual student, so one digests the techniques without strain according to each person's abilities, body type and fitness level. Each person learns to maximize his own potentials.
